Hurricane Coming nominated for Ontario Folk Music Award

What a sweet surprise to find out that my album Hurricane Coming has been nominated for an Ontario Folk Music Award for Album of the Year! The awards ceremony will be taking place at the Folk Music Ontario conference in London, Ontario in October, where I am also delighted to report that I’ll be playing a Spotlight Showcase! Looking forward to returning to this conference in person after several years away due to the pandemic.

Fall fell in Ontario

I’ve eaten every peach that I could find. I sat in the grass as suns set and stage lights blinked on and friends played music into the open air.

I was delighted to be part of the Muskoka Music Festival this summer and harmonize with these fabulous women in true festival workshop-style:
